Rococo Lamps
A sculptural lighting piece inspired by the extravagance of Marie Antoinette's court, reimagined as an art object. The Rococo Lamp builds upward in generous tiers, each one combining ultra fine machine fabric with fragments of collected vintage glass chandelier drops that catch and scatter light. The silhouette references the dramatic skirts of the Rococo period, layered, voluminous and grand. Soft knit falls gracefully between tiers while the glass accessories introduce a cool, crystalline shimmer. A singular piece that sits at the intersection of textile art and statement lighting.
Stack Lamps
A sculptural lighting collection crafted from hand- wrapped wool shades that can be stacked into endless compositions. Each module combines soft texture, a playful diffused illumination and a playful totem like form. Designed together with the designer Claire Davies, the lamps were first shown at an exhibition in Sitges, Barcelona in 2024. The lamps can be arranged vertically tranforming light into a tactile architectural experience. The lamps are now part of the Fabra Davies Living Collection.
